The NX 985-A is a brilliantly designed three-way active loudspeaker, engineered from the ground up to deliver exceptional audio performance for bands, DJs, clubs and live sound professionals. The remarkable combination of high-quality RCF speakers and a two-channel amplifier with a total power output of 2100 W ensures consistent 100° x 60° dispersion throughout the listening area and a maximum SPL of 138 dB without distortion. The three-way design features a 1.75? compression driver with neodymium magnet and constant directivity waveguides, an 8? midrange driver mounted in a phase-coherent waveguide and a high-power 15" woofer. Used as a stand-alone loudspeaker, flown, paired with another NX 985-A or combined with the RCF SUB 8008-AS subwoofer, the NX 985-A delivers very high SPL output at all frequencies with high performance and reliability.
