The first medieval electronic musical instrument
With the EP-1320 medieval, Teenage Engineering presents a new addition to the EP family. Entirely dedicated to the sounds of the Middle Ages, it takes the look & feel of its sibling EP-133 K.O.II centuries back in time and stands out for its unique instrument library.
The first medieval electronic music instrument boasts hundreds of onboard sounds and instrument sounds from the Middle Ages which, together with magical melodies, sensual songs and bombastic rhythms, make for the perfect trip back in time.
In addition to a host of one-shot samples, Instrumentalis Electronicum features a series of medieval instruments ready to be played on the dynamic pads or on an external Midi keyboard. Hurdy-gurdies, lutes, Gregorian chants, thundering drums and percussive FX. The EP-1320 is the first of its kind: with a vast library of phrases, ready-to-play instruments and one-shot samples from a time when darkness reigned supreme, the instrumentali electronicum is the ultimate and only medieval rhythm machine. EP-1320 contains hundreds of medieval sounds and samples, a revamped set of FX send and punch-in effects, an all-new arpeggiator and a collection of ingeniously captured multi-sampled instruments. What's more, the line input and internal microphone let you sample your own sounds in seconds. The Demus mode lets you select 9 medieval songs to jam with sounds and instruments from the four banks. After adding a few Punch-In-FXs, you'll be ready to set any tavern alight in no time! (Also perfect for banquets and parties).
