Inputs and controls adapted to all use cases
The rear panel of the HS3 and HS4 features Combo XLR/TRS, RCA and stereo minijack connectors, allowing you to connect them to a wide range of professional and consumer equipment such as computers, audio interfaces, consoles mixing and electronic instruments. The most used functions, power button, volume button and headphone jack, are located on the front for convenient access.
Compact and portable
The compact size of the HS3 and HS4 was made possible by highly efficient Class D amplification. Using a single amplifier for two speakers reduced their weight and simplified cable connection. The HS3 and HS4 take up little space, even in your studio area, and are easy to take with you when traveling.
Sound still faithful to the original
The HS3 and HS4 perpetuate the philosophy and know-how of Yamaha monitoring speakers. No effort was spared in the pursuit of the best result, and the resulting speakers are made from carefully selected components, such as a high-performance Class D amplifier and a heavy-duty MDF cabinet. The soft dome woofer and tweeter deliver sound faithful to the source despite their very small size. They are also equipped with the exclusive “Twisted Flare Port” technology which reduces air turbulence in the bass-reflex port, resulting in clear and precise bass.
