MUSA: musical inspiration takes shape!
Musa guitars are crafted to the highest standards, to inspire guitarists and enable them to express their very best with comfort and performance. The body is made of solid alder, topped by a flamed Canadian maple top. The sturdy, comfortable 5-point screwed roasted maple neck is topped by a 24-fret roasted maple fingerboard, providing comfort and brilliance for your highest-pitched solos. The Eko Steel HRC57 tremolo features independently adjustable saddles to fine-tune the action and harmonics of each string. Its locking tuners in 4+2 configuration ensures tuning and note stability. Finally, the glossy grey color is present on the top body, as well as on the front of the headstock, to elegantly magnify the flamed maple.
A highly versatile electronic configuration!
In terms of electronics, the Aire 801 Musa is equipped with 2 single-coil pickups, as well as a dual-coil pickup, specially selected by EKO. The humbucker in bridge position can be split into a single-coil, thanks to the tone knob incorporating a push-pull function. The 5-position selector widens the range of tones offered by the instrument, with three positions (bass, middle and treble) associated with each of the three pickups, offering clean, powerful sounds, and two intermediate positions wired in parallel for deeper, velvety tones. This highly versatile splittable HSS configuration, combined with the 5-position selector, lets you explore all musical styles.
