Unbelievable! I had not heard of Woodbrass until I did a search for an acoustic guitar on Amazon! I was totally shocked to find that the prices on Woodbrass were "MUCH LESS" than any other store in the whole of Europe! In fact, I bought 2 guitars and the postage was free! I ordered on Monday and recieved the guitars on Thursday! All the way from France to Northern Ireland and I was able to track them all the way! I promise never to buy any piece of musical equipment anywhere else from this moment!!!!

Woodbrass are ace...I was a little apprehensive ordering as there is a fake website telling you that woodbrass is a fake website!! I can confirm absolutely NOT...my order was processed speedily and arrived within 5 days. I am soo pleased with the headphones and much cheaper than rip off U.K prices. Well done Woodbrass, i will definately be ordering from you again :-)

I bought some beats studio from Woodbrass. I cannot praise the company highly enough for the service I received. I saw the item at a VERY good price compared to retail shops in the UK. After placing the order the company asked me to provide a scan of my card and ID, I was a bit worried thinking it might be a scam. After speaking to a very helpful customer service assistant my mind was put at ease. I ordered the Beats on a Tuesday at about midday and received them at 10am on the Friday. The beats were very carefully packaged and pristine when I opened them. Thanks aging Woodbrass, I will no doubt use you again!!!

I was a bit spectacle about ordering from this website, oversees, not very well known and some what cheaper than most websites, so I checked the internet and found nothing bad this website so I decided to order from here, I brought a pair of Dr Dre Beats headphones, paid for them, everything went through fine, but a couple of days later I got an emails through saying I had too send a copy of my debit card and proof of identity because of security measures, so I sent a photo of them both, crossed out all of the numbers apart from the first 4 and the last 2, then the order went through on the 8th March, the headphones came TWO ! days later, which is superb, and are brilliant, so if anybody is in my position about this website don't be, it is very safe, AMAZING delivery, and genuine.

Items I ordered were in-stock, and cheaper than several places claiming to be the 'cheapest in europe' with comperable and reasonable delivery charges.. Items arrived in a very timely fashion (within the week of the order) And I found the packing to be secure but also not excessive. Infact the only slight negative is the confirmation emails are a mixture of english (my native) and french? this was not a concern as I could easily work out what was going on and it is after all not an english site, but it was more the mix that could confuse some...

Would recommend, and would buy from the shop again myself.

Woodbrass is a brilliant site. I received my amp within 3 working days of my order (for £150 cheaper than my local music shop was selling for).

The amp turned out to be faulty but this was no problem. Woodbrass have excellent customer service. I was given all of the information required to send the amp back through the excellent my account section of the site. All messages were returned promptly and i was kept in the loop all of the time.

I received my replacement amp a week later and my return delivery was refunded shortly after sending them the invoice for the courier.

I'm a very happy customer. I highly recommend woodbrass you guys are doing a great job!

Woodbrass has a large selection of things, I ordered 6 things for them despite the bad weather woodbrass had the order delivered in very good time. I was in a shop in Belfast and the guitar I was looking at was £379, I then checked it on woodbrass and it was £242. Hundreds of pounds cheaper, woodbrass makes it easy to order with it being very easy to place an order.

I too found Woodbrass by chance. I was looking for the Epiphone SG-400 LTD Edition in the gloss cherry finish and found one on their site about £50 cheaper than the British sites. I was concerned about ordering such a delicate instrument from abroad and tried to get a couple of the big name internet shops to price match, but the dealer who had the exact model in (most had the faded cherry in) said they would not price match with a foreign site. So after reading some of the other customer testimonials I thought I would take a chance. Plus supply from Epiphone seemed to be a bit of an issue at the time.
The whole process was nothing to worry about. I rang before ordering to check it was the right finish, and spoke to a contact who spoke good english (better than my French!) I then ordered it via the website. I ordered the guitar on the Thursday and i believe it to be collected by UPS form Woodbrass on the following Monday. The guitar was delivered to me on the Wednesday morning, with the box being surrounded in enough air pillow packaging that UPS could have thrown it out of a passing helicopter and it wouldn't have sustained damage!
The UPS guy was happy to wait while I inspected the contents, helped no doubt by a lady from a neighbouring street that had missed her package being delivered and had seen him on my street, so stopped to get her parcel. This gave me vital minutes to inspect the package, but the guy seemed happy enough to do so when I explained that Woodbrass insisted on this! All was well with the guitar and I can't wait for my son to open it on his birthday! The only problem with UPS was I never got a predicted delivery date, but I could track the parcel via their own website so managed to be in when it was delivered. This was the only negative with the whole thing. There is an option on ordering to use another courier and they may be better if you read other customer testimomials, however I had seen UPS regularly in our town, so chose to go with them for that reason.
So don't hesitate, shop with confidence with Woodbrass!

The Ibanez artcore series AF95VLS Violin Sunburst, what a beautiful guitar. All you rock and singer songwriters out there don't be put off by the jazz tag on this guitar. I play singer songwriter material ala Aimee Mann and also indi rock, this guitar sounds fantastic with its big smooth thick sound. I ordered it from Woodbrass and it came in great condition in 5 days, that included Saturday and Sunday. The company do say to check your package before you sign for it but the delivery men will not allow you to do this so this needs to be sorted out by Woodbrass. They send it so it should be up to them to insurer it rather than pass the buck on to the customer.

Absolutely fantastic website! I was literally one click away from ordering a Gibson Les Paul Studio Faded for what seems to be the cheapest price available on U.K sites until I by chance stumbled upon this website and found it for £160 cheaper!!! I was able to track my parcel via the chronopost website so I could work out when it was to be delivered, It was delivered by a courier called DPD, obviously a British partner of chronopost, very safely and well packed, only took 3 days and it was free! I had my fears about ordering from outside of the U.K, but I found it to be very fast, very safe and all the necessary communication was in very clear english. A 5 star service!

Very helpful staff from the start. Was a bit worried about ordering a large item over the internet in case there was something wrong with it. Turned out there was, but the people at Woodbrass dealt with the problem as well as any local firm would have. The staff speak and write excellent English and are very friendly.The guitar I got came with free postage and package. From must guitar shops in the UK I have to pay a silly amount of money for delivery because I am from Northern Ireland, this came from Paris for free!!! The best recommendation I can give for any web site is that I would order with them again and in the case of woodbrass I would confidently order with them again.
