Audio and MIDI interface for live performances
The PlayAUDIO1U is designed for live performance at a professional level. It's a well-thought-out, bulletproof, fail-proof interface designed for touring that offers premium audio output along with full MIDI connectivity. It is perfect for controlling and playing backing tracks, virtual instruments or any other material requiring the use of computers in a Live environment.
Safety first
The PlayAUDIO1U keeps the show going in all conditions using iConnectivity's famous multi-computer redundancy. It listens to your software and when problems arise, it automatically switches computers faster than anyone can hear. It does this by listening to either (or both) MIDI or audio coming from your computer. In addition to listening for software or computer failures, it can monitor audio streams from your computers and itself. At the slightest sign of an audio problem, it can mute the main outputs and provide diagnostic information to the operator via its display. This helps protect everyone from extraneous sounds, noise, etc. which pass through the outputs and end up broadcast in the PA system, monitors, etc.
The PlayAUDIO1U screen - your virtual assistant
Like your own virtual assistant, the screen provides information about what's happening in your world. Enjoy real-time information, such as MIDI control and audio levels. The screen also alerts you in case of computer failures or problems in the system. Thanks to PlayAUDIO1U's screen, setting up and/or diagnosing problems has never been quicker and easier.
PlayAUDIO1U is a MIDI
At iConnectivity, we have been the world leaders and innovators in MIDI connectivity for years. We've integrated everything we know about Live MIDI into the PlayAUDIO1U. The PlayAUDIO1U can act as the main MIDI manager for your concerts. Connect devices via the built-in 5-pin MIDI Din port, USB host port, connected computers and even over the network via RTP MIDI. Once everything is connected, iConnectivity lets you adapt MIDI settings based on where and when they are used. For example, iConnectivity's powerful MIDI processing allows you to easily send MIDI data to connected computing devices while sending only a single set of program changes to connected devices, sending all notes in case of computer failure to avoid stuck notes, filter unnecessary CCs, and much more..."
