An innovative and durable design
Unlike traditional shock mounts, which are often fragile and complex, the
ORBIT combines lightness, robustness, and simplicity. Its semi-open design allows direct access to the microphone controls while bringing the capsule closer to the source. With no elastic bands, it uses
high-strength nylon lyres ensuring perfect isolation and maximum vibration reduction. Thanks to its
patented 190° angle system, the microphone can be securely adjusted with one hand to adapt to any configuration: vocals, instruments, amps, or overheads.
Precise acoustic control with the SENTRY filter
Supplied with the
SENTRY magnetic pop filter, the ORBIT provides effective protection against pops while preserving signal clarity and precision. Its etched stainless steel structure, pierced with hexagonal micro-openings, optimizes air diffusion and preserves high frequencies. Attached by
four neodymium magnets, it aligns perfectly with the capsule without interference or loss of dynamics. For unfiltered recordings, the
Magnetic Resorber Ring neutralizes residual resonances and maintains sound purity.
Comfort, Stability, and Compatibility
The ORBIT includes a
removable cable relief clip to limit unwanted noise and maintain a clean setup. Its robust
long-fiber reinforced nylon design provides exceptional durability and virtually indestructible strength. Compatible with Aim Audio
INSPIRE and
ESSENCE microphones, it easily installs on any standard stand thanks to its integrated brass insert.
