The Professional Division of Bose has delighted almost all users and owners of venues with its iconic L1® portable systems. Bose is now expanding its range of facade systems with the launch of the Flexible Array F1 model 812 speaker and its F1 subwoofer.
Intended for an even more diverse set of applications than L1 systems, the F1 Model 812 loudspeaker is the first portable powered loudspeaker to optimize sound with four different vertical coverage profiles.
Very versatile, the F1 system is suitable for all types of applications and venues and offers sound of exceptional power and clarity, simple installation, elegant design and unmatched reliability.
The F1 system optimizes the sound for use at ground level, on stage or in front of bleachers or seats arranged on an inclined plane. To adjust the vertical coverage, simply push or pull the speaker to the desired position to create a "Straight" (maximum vertical control for controlled broadcast), "J" (vertical coverage down) profile, when the speaker is placed on stage), "C" (vertical cover up and down, for seats placed on an inclined plane) or "inverted J" (vertical cover up, for seats arranged in tiers). Once configured, the system automatically adjusts the equalizer to maintain an optimal tonal balance for each coverage profile.
Equipped with an eight speaker system of 2.25 ", waveguide technology (horizontal opening at 100 degrees), a 12" bass speaker and lower cross over, The F1 Model 812 (664.66 x 334.3 x 372.5 mm; 20.2 kg) loudspeaker delivers high sound pressure while providing clarity over vocal frequencies that is far greater than that of conventional loudspeakers.
In order to extend the reproduction of low frequencies, the optional Bose F1 subwoofer concentrates all the power of a module
large bass in a compact package.
The speaker and subwoofer deliver a combined power of 2,000 watts (1,000 watts each) for immersive sound that fills the space, no matter the size of the room.
A patented mounting bracket is integrated directly into the subwoofer, for quick and easy system installation. The bracket also includes cable trays that perfectly conceal the wires. In addition, the speaker and subwoofer feature handles made of highly resistant materials for years of reliability, ergonomically arranged for easy transport (easily system in a car.
