Description

Equipped with Eminence speakers.
The Classic series is equipped with Eminence loudspeakers manufactured according to very strict specifications with a folded frame or a cast iron base (depending on the model), which ensures reliability and soundproof out of the ordinary. And about construction, know that the cabinet is made of birch plywood 15 mm, known for its strength and acoustic qualities; an enclosure covered with Tolex double thickness and equipped with metal angles for optimal protection.

His set of connectors is complete.
Connectivity issue, we have here 2 jack and 2 Speakon connected in parallel that serve as input and output. This allows the use of the cabinet alone or insert it into a larger system where the speakers are connected in parallel when the amp has no additional output. In this case, be careful not to forget the rule: 8 ? + 8 ? = 4 ? and 4 ? + 4 ? = 2 ?! Check if your head supports the impedance resulting from this marriage.

Are you more Motown or rather modern?
The speakers of the series badged HLF have a compression motor for more precision in the treble. They also have an attenuator type L-Pad that allows to control the volume of it. You can increase it to get a more modern sound or decrease it to get to the classic Ampeg sound.
