A really nice surprise! The bass is light, beautiful, it's a pleasure to play with! You know a bass is successful if you walk past it and want to play it. The neck is "rounded" which gives a more pleasant, smoother, and less rough playing experience, it's a point I really appreciate. The sound is very good, a clean sound that you can modify at your ease thanks to the multiple potentiometers, which themselves are of good quality. It is very light, which makes its transport very pleasant. The original strings are good, although not my favorites. I only give 4 stars for quality because of some defects, lack of finishing, on this occasion for the more aesthetic side, moreover I find the tuning keys a bit "cheap". For this price, this bass competes with more expensive ones. Being a bassist but never having tried a "Marcus Miller", I lean towards this one and it did not disappoint me. If you want an excellent bass for a medium budget, I recommend it.
