Update on previous review: customer service intervention, bass exchanged quickly, fast delivery of a compliant model, the qualities are still there, a roots and current sound, great versatility. 5 stars therefore, for the product and the service, except for the Woodbrass store. To avoid! (when opening the box received this morning, I note the presence of allen keys, manual....which the Store had not given me during my initial purchase). Thanks to the "WEB" team anyway

Good active bass, effective corrections, excellent EQ frequencies, especially midrange, plus "low" midrange, gives a grain that "growls", compared to most models. Battery compartment without clip, low battery indicator LED. True passive mode, works even without battery, never seen another model like this, even at Fender US.
Too bad, my bass has a string alignment defect, the G string slips to the side of the neck because it's too close to the edge. Started contacting customer service, but no news.
Purchase at WOODBRASS Store, I do not recommend this place: almost non-existent sellers, no advice, no real desire to sell, instruments not set up, basically "buy or not and shut up". Next purchase by mail order or competitor.... (Show more)
