Fender SMOLDER ACOUSTIC OVERDRIVE

Description

Adding overdrive to an acoustic guitar isn't easy - not only can this effect sound anything but musical, it can also generate destructive feedback. The Smolder Acoustic Overdrive is a fully analog pedal, designed specifically for acoustic instruments, that solves these problems with Fender craftsmanship. To soften the bright attack of a piezo pickup, we've included a Pickup Compensation control that smooths out the highs. The Drive knob controls the amount of distortion, while the 3-band EQ and filter control let you sculpt your sound to your liking. We've even built in a cabinet simulation so you can spice up your sound when you plug your guitar into an acoustic amp or PA. The Smolder Acoustic Overdrive is a totally original creation made by Fender's team of experts. The chassis is made of anodized aluminum that is light and strong, and the amp gem-type LED gives your pedalboard the classic Fender look. Switchable LED-backlit potentiometers let you see your settings at a glance in a dark scene.
