These strings offer a crisp and bright sound in the highs and rather powerful in the mid-lows. After the brightness period, the sound retains a dazzling warmth with a beautiful sustain. Excellent longevity, they haven't aged much over 6 months playing every day from 30 minutes to 2 hours. No demanding maintenance except for a little wipe and some Fast fret from time to time (not too much). In short, the best strings I've tested so far provided you choose the "Phosphor-Bronze/Nanoweb" quality from Elixir... I had a bad experience with the "Bronze 80/20-polyweb" which degrade quite quickly!!!

After discovering them on a friend's TAYLOR Guitar, I installed them on my IBANEZ AW40ECE electro Folk guitar. I really feel like I've changed guitars, a more harmonious sound, and a real pleasure to the touch. So we installed them on my wife's ART et LUTHERIE, and the same sensation, even more impressive because the ART ET LUTHERIE is superior in quality to my IBANEZ. So before changing guitars, try ELIXIR strings. Thanks to Woodbrass for the quality of their services.

what more to say ... Elixir has a great reputation for sound quality and durability, of course they are more expensive than all other strings, but once you have tried them you understand why, and since they last 3 times longer and always with the same tone, in the long run, they are not actually more expensive!

Strings installed on my acoustic guitar. A pleasant touch, ease of play, and above all, it produces a great sound on a low-end guitar and durability as I play at least two hours a day and they are still effective 4 months after installation. The price in this case is a guarantee of quality.
