the product looks very good. It could have benefited from instructions, I might be a bit slow, but since everything is very small, very tight, I wondered for a good 5 minutes where to put the accessories. Since the case is very close to the instrument, I wondered if I was going to bend some parts of the sax. But it seems to work now. I am very satisfied with the size of the case (I was looking for something more compact, and indeed, it is compact) the level of finish is excellent. The only real negative point is the 4.5 months wait between payment and delivery of the product. And also the person in charge of my order was not the most pleasant on the phone, unlike the other team members I was able to speak with. It is true that the delays being what they are (I placed the order on August 30, the case arrived on January 7) from December, I called every 15 days - 3 weeks to know how things were progressing, which apparently annoyed. I understand that the delays are independent of woodbrass and only depend on the equipment supplier. So, from a foreign country, the service provided by woodbrass is very satisfactory.... (Show more)
