Description

Made of real leather, very high quality, hand-sewn with care in a traditional way, in total phonic adequacy with the reed and the beak. Delivered with three interchangeable pressure pads (metallic, smooth leather and soft leather '' soft '') to modulate your sound. The Velcro® adjustment system, extremely easy to install, contributes to the flexibility of the wafer / ligature assembly. The single screw on the top, gold plated, guarantees a precise and uniform tightening. The leather ligature is provided with its '' wooden support '' to maintain perfectly its shape.
Comes with a plastic spout.

Use

Ligature under test with various combinations. Already: exceptional quality, I am surprised to see the quality of the stitching and the leather. The interchangeable plate system is really nice, at my level I hardly notice any sound variations between the three, however the sound is much more powerful with the Gold plate. The reed positioning is really easy, I struggle 10 times less than with my old metal ligatures / screws underneath. However, the reed slips and moves with the leather and rubber plates, I think I don't tighten the ligature enough. The mouthpiece protector is practical because the ligature is much bigger than the metal ones, the plastic does not scratch the mouthpiece, however it is not long enough to properly protect a C90 180. setup: yas 25 / s90 180 / vando ZZ and V16 reeds... Ligature a bit difficult to set up the first time because it's a bit tight (Vandoren V16 mouthpiece). Otherwise, the result is excellent with a more dynamic sound ...
