Ebonite or metal, two clamping systems, two sounds.
The Otto Link beaks are made of ebonite and come with a plastic cap and a double-screw metal ligature that guarantees a perfect hold of the reed on the spout. The plated metal beaks in 24ct gold are, for their part, equipped with a ligature equipped with a single screw that forces on a plate exerting itself a pressure on four points around the heel of the reed, him thereby providing increased vibration facility.
