The Ashdown Pro Di is a preamp/Di for bass featuring a 5-band EQ section and the Shape feature found on most Ashdown amps, which lets you change the color of the sound instantly. The tube overdrive emulation features a mix and gain control that used in conjunction with the Ashdown output VU meter will allow you to balance levels between your raw sound and when the drive is activated. The Pro Di also features an active/passive pad to adapt to different types of instrument. The Ashdown Pro Di offers an isolated Di output in XLR format for direct connection to a broadcast system. It also features a Link output for connecting to your amp as with a traditional Di, a line input for connecting an external audio source, and a headphone output for silent practice at home.
