The Moog Mother-32 is Moog's first semi-modular synthesizer. It is a unique instrument that combines pure analog sound with interconnectivity and sequencing capabilities compatible with any modular ecosystem. This new production and live performance tool, made in Asheville, NC, was designed to provide musicians with new inspiration, a distinctive sound, and endless sonic exploration possibilities. The Mother-32 comes housed in an extruded aluminum case with wooden side panels.

It features a 32-step voltage-controlled sequencer with 64 sequence slots, a Moog Ladder low-pass and high-pass filter, 2 voltage-controlled mixers, a Moog oscillator, an LFO with audio level modulation capabilities, a MIDI input and MIDI-to-CV converter, white noise, a 32-point modular patchbay, and a CV input assignable to 16 sources.
