You are rarely disappointed by the headphones from this brand, provided you know why you are buying them... This closed-back headphone, rather "entry-level" (from AKG), does not fail the rule. For sound recording, without pretension or frills, it does its job for a very reasonable price. Comfortable and pleasant to wear, "sound-wise" it has the flaw of its qualities: it reproduces what you do (or what you listen to) without cheating on the sound (with flattering bass, for example...), and the definition is rather clear and good. Suitable for "monitoring", but not intended for mixing in a "home studio"... Reliable over time with a little care.

To buy "with eyes closed"... but ears open! A good entry-level closed headphone (from AKG) oriented towards "sound recording". Very sober. Does the job. Modest and effective.
