I just bought it after trying the Antoine Sonnet available on the site. I can clearly hear the difference: with the Sonnet, it was sometimes a bit complicated to get a sound, and a consistent one, but with the Buffet, I immediately got a good sound without much fumbling. ACCESSORIES already provided! Be careful, I have the impression that it is not specified in the ad, but there is a tube of grease, a swab tissue, and a nice nickel-plated metal cap for the mouthpiece included in the box. I prefer to say it because I didn't know at the time of ordering, and I ordered these three products in addition for nothing. LIGATURE issues I agree with another review that mentions a problem with the ligature: I have the same issue because once the reed is positioned, it is difficult to put the screws into the holes, which means I can only put in one of the screws. Fortunately, I had already ordered a new ligature that should arrive soon! I can still play a bit because the bottom screw closes more or less. For a product costing 544 euros, I find it a bit lacking to have a simple ligature that is not functional. REED No strength indication on the provided reed, but I can play it whereas with the Antoine Sonnet clarinet, the original reed was unplayable. The reed provided with the Buffet Crampon fits the mouthpiece perfectly, so you can't go wrong when placing it, which is very pleasant for beginners. Moreover, there are also two marks around the mouthpiece, allowing to adjust the ligature at the right level, and also allowing this for the reed. So very well thought out! However, I just tested the clarinet with a 1.5 Rico Royal reed, and the sound is rounder, softer, smoother, so it depends on your preferences. BAG The bag is very well designed because it transforms into a small backpack and even allows you to put a notebook in the front pocket (A4 size), and maybe even inside, because there is a compartment resembling a notebook opposite the compartments for the clarinet. Otherwise, very happy with the product, even if I am a beginner, so time will tell. If you hesitated between the Sonnet and this one, take the Buffet Crampon, because the Sonnet is not as good and the quality is really good on the Buffet Crampon! Fast delivery, very good sound and ease of use for a beginner. This model was recommended to me by my teacher at the conservatory (1st cycle curriculum). I draw your attention to the fact that the following accessories are provided: swab, grease, complete mouthpiece with ligature and cap, + reed which allowed me to immediately produce a sound, which was not the case with Vandoren reeds of strength 2.5 and Rico reeds of strength 2; even with a bit of practice (the sound remains muffled and difficult to produce, which is not the case with the provided reed. But what is the brand and strength of this reed??? impossible to find the information to buy the same model again. I regret that during the purchase, the tele-advisor to whom I asked the question about the accessories included in this pack answered me "NO accessories" (grease, swab and reed). I even gave him a comment stating the opposite, but he maintained his statement; so I also bought in duplicate. Don't be fooled!... (Show more)

Clarinet good for beginners. However, be aware that the ligature is of poor quality, making the positioning of the hip very complicated. I will have to buy another one, which ultimately increases the price of the clarinet.
