The only difference is the angle of the chinrest, so the musician is free to choose the model that will give him or her the most ease of playing, greater ease of emission, easier and more precise detachment and better comfort due to a better position of the instrument. Ebonite, an optimal material for mouthpiece making. Made from a mixture of natural rubber, sulphur and linseed oil, ebonite is shaped through a dozen or so steps to produce beautiful mouthpieces with over 90% of the outer surface polished. Only the top will remain rough in order to avoid any inaccuracy that would be caused by too much polishing.
