Self-taught amateur. This has been my favorite harmonica for 62 years. Beautiful sound, flexible, good effects through the amp. Plenty of octaves, can play almost everything. My latest one will soon have 20 years of frequent use. Without loss of sound quality, it is only beginning to show some signs of fatigue: notes that get stuck, lazy slide. A little disassembly, a little cleaning of the reeds, and it goes again for some time. I am very reassured by the idea that, when the time comes, I can replace it with EXACTLY the same model as 62 years ago!

The "Hohner" sound at the best price. Personally, I find this instrument as good as a "Super 64X" "performance". But I transform it by replacing the mouthpiece with a Suzuki "half-moon" shape. This way, I have the "Hohner sound" and the ease of playing Suzuki. The seal can be reinforced by making a quick stop at Harmonickel, our national "preparer".
