A guitar that is not just another gadget! The two reverbs (home and hall) do the job. The Chorus is also a plus for jazz players. You get used to playing with the reverb built into the instrument to the point of easily choosing it over other guitars. The only weak point is the quality of the instrument, which is a Study 2 model. For professionals like me, this is a handicap for pieces that require virtuosity. The "transacoustic" system mounted on a Yamaha NCX5 nylon would be the best of the best! In summary, nice and impressive but insufficient in terms of craftsmanship. I would be willing to pay more to have a "concert" transacoustic.

It's amazing! It almost feels like there's a small speaker inside the body. In my room, I feel like I'm playing in a church. When you let a chord ring and touch the back of the guitar, you realize that it's the vibration amplified by the internal system. The guitar is just right. The body nut is a bit to my taste (a little filing and it will be perfect)

This product meets expectations and after numerous tests, the CG-TA proves easy to handle. A broken string during the trip was refunded with a complete quality set by Woodbrass. The production quality of the instrument is impeccable. The only minor downside, already pointed out by others, is that it is obviously a good quality Yamaha model but the addition of the transducer may not fully justify the overall price, which remains a bit high without being prohibitive. Those looking for this "stage"/"concert" effect through the reverb will find it more than adequate. The chorus effect is a bit more accessory and less frequently used/usable... Long-term use will allow for nuance and precision...

A bit light in raw sound without the Transacoustic system. However, very impressive as soon as you use it.

I chose this guitar because I sometimes play in churches and it saves me from carrying my amp. The transacoustic aspect is certainly impressive but the guitar itself is nothing exceptional once the effects are turned off. Anyway, at the same price, I think there are much better guitars but without this "gadget".
