Paragon... model of perfection and excellence. It is the term chosen by Neil Peart of the band RUSH for his Signature series. Made from B20 alloy, the Paragon offers a compromise between power, musicality, dynamic response, and durability. They come from the revolutionary blend of 3 Sabian series: the AA, AAX, and HH. The underside of the cymbal benefits from the wide lathe work of the AA for explosiveness, the top from the precise lathe work of the AAX for projection, and the bell is hand-hammered like the HH to bring warmth and balance. To preserve the aesthetics of these gems, the logos are stamped in gold ink.
