Why name the series Stratus?
The word «STRATUS» is the technical term that embodies a particular type of cloud formation that possesses many characteristics. Many of these aspects seemed to resonate with sound. Layers, an enveloping, gentle atmosphere. From this came our catchphrase: Take Your Sound to New Heights. The SABIAN STRATUS series offers clear articulation, warm wash and musical delivery, providing the perfect balance between versatility and professional performance.
