SMALL BUT TOUGH... Actually, it has everything of a big one (or almost). I hesitated for a long time with the Pro version, much more complete (stand-alone sequencer, access to sends) but also bigger (and more expensive). Here, it is its small size that convinced me; the buttons are certainly small but perfect for my use which is 99% clip triggering in Ableton 10. From this point of view, I find it better suited and smoother than my Maschine Jam (e.g., "scenes" easier to access, and especially reacts much better to track groups). The management of MUTE/SOLO on the bottom line is surprisingly simple and easy to use. Its small size also allows adding other controllers for a more flexible and adaptable setup than my old APC40 mk2 which consequently went into the closet. Notably with a KorgNanoStudio for track management and a Traktor F1 to have 16 real DrumRack-type pads and quality potentiometers, my MIDI keyboards and PC mouse have FINALLY found the right complements for each function, with more immediate access better suited to a more LIVE/JAM approach! If you add to all that the possibilities of a WIDI BUD Pro, you get a complete and affordable setup with the possibility to wirelessly (latency of a few ms) put the less critical functions on response time, and I am really looking forward to seeing how my new setup will open new horizons of production and performance (house).... What struck me upon receiving the package was the smallness of the product. I expected it to be just a little less "mini" :) Otherwise, it is immediately recognized by Live 10 and the handling is quite quick. I would buy this again without hesitation. :)

Compact, lightweight, very practical. Plug and play on Ableton. Lacks some features offered by the higher model but you can't have everything.
