Designed as a natural extension of eMotion LV1, this control surface emphasizes ergonomics and responsiveness in concert situations, corporate events, or mobile control rooms. The idea is simple: to regain the feel of a console with clear physical control while retaining the flexibility of computer-controlled mixing. Its 19-inch rack format facilitates integration into a flycase or rack, for a clean and reproducible setup from one event to another.
This surface is aimed at those mixing on eMotion LV1 who want to increase execution speed: adjusting multiple levels simultaneously, performing vocal rides, quickly rebalancing mixes, or securing scene changes. The motorized faders provide real comfort when working with snapshots and recalls, while per-channel displays help limit errors under pressure (low light, patch changes, multitracks, etc.).
The 16 motorized touch-sensitive 100 mm faders offer a long and readable travel, ideal for fine adjustments and musical level movements. The motorization allows following recalls and layer changes to maintain total coherence between the physical position and the mix state in eMotion LV1. The dedicated master fader adds an obvious control point to secure the overall output.
Each channel benefits from visual feedback via 16 screens plus 1 screen, complemented by 16 clickable buttons plus 1 button. The result is a readable, action-oriented surface that limits back-and-forth to the computer. In live contexts, this type of visual feedback and direct control speeds up decisions and reduces unnecessary manipulations.
With 8 fader layer selectors, you quickly switch from one group of channels to another (for example: drums, instruments, monitors, vocals, effects) while maintaining consistent physical control. The Touch & Turn button is designed to quickly modify any eMotion LV1 parameter: you touch the element to adjust, then turn to fine-tune-a highly efficient workflow to act fast without losing track of the mix.
The main connection is via a high-speed USB 2.0 port, and the unit functions as a USB device for Mac and Windows to easily integrate into an existing system. Two USB ports dedicated to lighting allow adding illuminated accessories to improve surface readability on stage or in the control room. A tempo pad completes the set for direct access to timing functions during mixing.
