The Soundcraft Ui24R is a complete, rack-mountable, digital mixing and multi-track recording system that delivers flexible I/O, pristine sound quality, intuitive wireless control, and roadworthy reliability—all in a streamlined design.

The system can double as a stagebox and can be controlled by up to 10 devices via Ethernet or built-in dual-band Wi-Fi, making it possible to control mixing and multi-track recording wirelessly from anywhere in the venue.

Renowned Lexicon, dbx and DigiTech signal processing ensures pristine sound, while 20 Studer-designed microphone preamps deliver more professional inputs than any other mixer in its class.

The compact, rack-mounted Ui 24R is also compatible with the new HARMAN Connected PA system, and offers unprecedented control, versatility and power at an incredible value. Superb product of good quality, good preamps, good effects... I believe Soundcraft (after Behringer) is opening the way to a new way of working live! So much so that it almost becomes outdated to still use a mixing console nowadays... No more cables and no more bulky console. Possibility to do multi-screen, or multi-tablet since the thin client can open on several browsers of the same computer. Obviously, also practical on an iPhone so that musicians can adjust their own monitor mixes (configurable visualization for each user). It is the only console in its range that offers multitrack recording in "Direct to Disk" (USB) and remote compatibility via PC / Tablet PC / MAC / iPad. It is intuitive, stable, and of impeccable quality. The effects (EQ, Gate, Compressor, Reverb...) are available on all channels. Apart from live performances, it is perfect as a simple USB 2 audio interface... With its 22 inputs and 10 outputs, it makes you think about the audio interfaces offered for the same price that do not offer as many I/Os... Admittedly, it does not go beyond 48 kHz, but the quantization is still 24 bit, which is more than enough for high-quality recordings and mixes. It might be missing an Spdif, ADAT, AES or DANTE connection, but at this price, I think it already reaches peaks in terms of competitiveness (besides, the competition does not offer it either). Excellent device, the mixer/sound card combo greatly simplifies recording. The effects are of good quality, the device seems robust. The recording function on USB key is very practical and easy to use. The controls via a smartphone are adequate, but something I hadn't thought of is that when using the phone, you no longer have internet access because you connect via WiFi to the mixer.

Super good, in 3 days I knew how to master the beast on the tablet for our first concert. I just give one star less for saving the mix settings, equalization, etc., for which I still haven't found the method. Otherwise, it's super good. Thank you
