It carries forward the spirit of the Hydrasynth-style multimode filter while introducing a novel algorithmic approach designed to accelerate the creation of complex and evolving timbres.

Features and Innovations
At its core, an
algorithmic engine where the 8 oscillators per voice are arranged into "algorithms" defining their interactions (PM, FM, PWM, HTE Sync, three types of phase distortion). Beyond 144 ready-to-use algorithms, each patch can include a custom algorithm and benefit from algorithm morphing to smoothly transition between configurations. Each oscillator offers over 300 waveforms and a dedicated volume envelope, complemented by 5 envelopes and 5 LFOs per voice, fully modulatable via a
32-slot modulation matrix.
On the processing side, a
dual filter stage combines a Hydrasynth-style digital multimode filter and a 24 dB/oct analog low-pass filter with pre-drive and self-oscillation. Two insert effects and two master effects, along with a wide range of delays and reverbs, shape the sound from subtle sculpting to radical design.
Performance is supported by a
3-track sequencer (notes + macro automation) and an arpeggiator featuring the Entropy function for real-time variations. In
Single mode, 16 voices are dedicated to one patch; in
Multi mode, they split into two 8-voice parts with layers/splits. The multicolor touchscreen and ASM Patch Manager (Mac/PC) simplify editing, updates, and sound management.
