Below 12 o'clock, you find the black and silver face family. When bright, there is a smooth midrange with a nice sparkle in the high end. In "drive" mode, the sound moves toward a warmer break-up in the low frequencies.
Around 12 o'clock, you enter the Blonde territory with more of everything – more bass, more mids, and more highs.
Above 12 o'clock, you enter the Tweed era with a pronounced midrange bark.
The high position allows you to achieve amplified tones.
