Designed with a cardioid sensor for isolation and feedback control, the Audix i5 dynamic microphone is equipped with a VLM diaphragm for natural and precise sound reproduction. The Audix i5 is used for stage, studio and broadcast applications and is capable of handling SPLs of over 140dB without distortion.
The Audix i5 microphone can be used to pick up a wide variety of musical instruments, including snares but also guitar and bass amps as well as vocals and lyrics. It is robust, compact and easy to position. With a wide frequency response of 50Hz to 16kHz, the Audix i5 delivers clear sound reproduction without having to rely on the equalizer.
