Act 1 First impression upon unboxing: Wow... it's beautiful! Finish check: very good. Minor imperfections in the wood cut near the sound holes which is not at all disturbing in its Tobacco Flat finish. It has a little rustic something that I really like. No visible neck deformation. The tuning is completely off and the strings seem a bit worn out. Apparently, even unplugged, it sounds. This will allow working without an amp (that was the idea). Act 2 Strings changed (Ernie Ball Regular Slinky) and tuning. Confirmation of an amazing sound, even unplugged. First doubt about the tuners that hold the tuning poorly. After a few minutes of playing, without even forcing on bends, the guitar goes out of tune. Replacing the tuners won't be a big deal but it's still useful to plan for it in your budget. Act 3 Finally plugged into a small Line 6 modeling amp for home practice. It sounds great, the beauty! The pickups are not exceptional - much has already been said on the subject - but they do the job very honestly. Considering the price of the instrument, let's not ask for the impossible. Nothing to report regarding the electronics. No crackling or unwanted noise. It is super pleasant to play. Conclusion A semi-hollow electric guitar of this quality and at this price... go for it! The only real weak point in my opinion: the tuners. Changing them is child's play.... (Show more)

for the price, it's just incredible: the guitar is extremely well finished. The pickups are more than adequate, including in the highs where there are conflicting reviews: it has enough power even for a register maybe not hardcore, but definitely quite rock. The sound holds well, and for a long time. very good quality woods. A very well profiled neck, very fast. Not a fret sticking out. Very versatile guitar. Maybe a bit heavy, and no case included. Otherwise, in itself, it's an excellent guitar, exceeding all my expectations in terms of value for money.

Impeccable finish, I had no doubt because this is my second Ibanez. But honestly, for those still hesitating about quality-price ratio, there's no comparison (I'm talking about craftsmanship). I had read that their quality standards were very high, but here, hats off. Of course, they have to make a profit on the hardware, but with a bit more money you can get Dimarzio or Seymour pickups, no point in buying a Guibson at 5000€ except for the brand on the neck to show off. Nevertheless, the original pickups are more than reasonable for this price.

Very good guitar for jazz or blues. The neck pickup does its job well for jazz. The knobs (volume/tone) are of good quality. The frets are well polished and the neck is comfortable. Only drawbacks: the weight (maple seems to be more expensive), and the strings that need to be changed after purchase.

For a first semi-hollow guitar purchase, I am amazed. The craftsmanship quality for the price is remarkable. The Tobacco look is magnificent. It is also extremely versatile for playing songs as well rock, blues as jazzy. A must-buy with your eyes closed!

For now, I'm still at the stage of getting used to it or "adopting" it. It's a very nice guitar that sounds good, even unplugged! The finish is quite decent considering the quality/price ratio, I think it's hard to do better for this type of instrument.

Very good guitar for my level. For me, no defects, exemplary delivery in two days. Very good value for money. Only the strings need to be changed. Very happy.

Very good guitar. I chose it because I have always wanted a semi-hollow body to complement my Fender Strat. The finishes are excellent, the hardware is of good quality. The pickups do their job well, although a bit weak in the highs. I use it for rock and even in acoustic simulation. Honestly, for the price, I find it very good, even better than some "American" brands!

Beautiful guitar. Good playability, well adjusted upon receipt. I might change the pickups but the original ones are okay, nothing more. Small negative point: no Allen key provided with the guitar. After 3 months, I do not regret my purchase.

Not bad at all considering the price. The finish is neat, the neck is comfortable, no frets sticking out to scratch your hand. This purchase is intended for my son and I think it will do the job for starting out.

First guitar. A few small adjustments to make but it is very pleasant to play even though it is my first reference. I already play some small jazz standards with it.
