I have owned this bass for 6 MONTHS. Positive: It is very pretty and does not feel like a toy like most short scales because the body is quite large. The neck is particularly beautiful in my opinion. The tuning keys are perfect. In terms of sound, always difficult to judge with an electric instrument, it can be said with certainty that the mids are very good but the lows lack punch, a detail inherent to the short scale length. The positioning of the pickups worsens this point. Negative: The switch to select the pickups had to be disassembled and then reassembled after cleaning to work properly. The jack socket is loose. But the worst was when I passed a camera inside the body: horror vision of a rotten plank partition! Hypothesis: defective quality control during the lockdown? China was not very accessible at the time. CONCLUSION: A bass intended only for blues, Motown, and pop.
