The excellent packaging allowed the chair to withstand the rough handling by the delivery person, in front of whom I insisted that he assist with the unpacking, despite his threat not to take back the package if the product was not intact. The key provided to assemble the legs being supplied, the holes aligning exactly with the screw threads, the assembly of the legs (heavy, certainly made of very well machined solid wood) proved very easy, solid and the chair is very stable. It is unnecessary to overtighten the screws. After a few months of use, allowing the parts to find their place, just check the tightening of all the screws you can access. The seating comfort is acceptable. After more than a year of use (about 1 hour/day almost every day), the small padding has not flattened. Having kept the protective plastic of the seat, the fabric shows no signs of wear (and for good reason). The seat height adjustment system shows no sign of failure. The capacity of the integrated storage compartment (the internal dimensions are about 49 cm * 26.5 cm * 2.5 cm) is still small. In summary, this chair, industrially made (the quality of the velvet stapling shows it), offers a good quality/price ratio and will satisfy an amateur or beginner pianist for many years.
