Not quite mastered the beast yet, it's my first compressor, but the quality is definitely there, no hiss, solid knobs, and the active pedal LED is as visible as a lighthouse in the night. As other comments say, this pedal is very transparent, it just modifies the input sound just enough. I'm still looking for the ideal settings combination for me, not easy, but I'm discovering compression so I can't say more...
