Great, this is my pedal for solos, even the crunch is great, good gain reserve, however I don't use the turbo mode, the sound is too (chemical), hence the one star less.

It's the boss, the quality is there. It's a good distortion, mode II gives a slightly fuzzier side. In any case, it generates little noise, which is what I was looking for as well. Good value for money for this brand.

I recommend it. We're dealing with BOSS so it's solid. It's the DS-1 with an extra button (remote) that allows you to have a second sound, for solos for example even if to switch from mode 1 to 2 you need a footswitch..

The sound of the early 90's. Really a typical sound that also allows you to have the sound of the DS1 and the DS2 on the same pedal. Note that it is not necessarily a distortion pedal for solos...
