It is true that the delays being what they are (I placed the order on August 30, the case arrived on January 7) from December, I called every 15 days - 3 weeks to know how things were progressing, which apparently annoyed. I understand that the delays are independent of woodbrass and only depend on the equipment supplier. So, from a foreign country, the service provided by woodbrass is very satisfactory.
