The flute has a very beautiful aesthetic with the veins of the olive wood. For now, it is still in the break-in period so I do not yet have the full measure of the instrument. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the high notes which are very clear and soft, easy to produce. I say this in comparison to my other flute (mollenhauer adris dream) which is of a different make (straight, wide bore, large holes). The low notes sound good but are less powerful than on the adris dream, which is logical due to the different makes. For me and given my amateur level, it is easy to play, accurate in all registers, and will allow me to progress more quickly.
