Sometimes locks are a bit hard to latch. Solid and durable clasp, my first bass has been equipped with it for over 2 years without any issues.

Installed on 2 guitars. The screws larger than the original ones need to be screwed in precisely. This allows a solid hold of the rest. The length of the rod to pass the strap through is sufficient for those of standard thickness. It's just tight for the thicker ones (like wide leather straps) but if tightened well, it holds. You have to take into account the offset caused by all the screw mechanics relative to the guitar body. Otherwise, an effective and practical system. See the durability of the hold over time.
