I bought a piano on Saturday at the store in Paris. There was a problem and the piano that appeared to be in stock was actually not available, so I had to wait to be delivered while I wanted to leave with it. The seller was lovely and gave me a pedal to apologize. Cherry on the cake, I was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday but I just received an email to announce that I will be delivered tomorrow. I am delighted! Thanks again to Maxime! I highly recommend this store.

I congratulate you on your responsiveness. Indeed, I ordered a beginner Eagletone drum set on 06/12/2010 on Amazon and you shipped it on 07/12/2010. However, your carrier Calberson in the "messagerie plus" service is not as efficient as your company. Here are the details of the shipment of my package: 07/12/10 Rennes shipment dispatched, 09/12/10 Chalons en Champagne shipment dispatched, 10/12/10 Strasbourg shipment taken in charge plus delivery pending, 14/12/10 delivery in progress with reservations, delivery not completed (reason for non-delivery unknown to me). Today, 15/12/10, first phone contact from Calberson to arrange an appointment for Friday 17/12/10 between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Woodbrass rating Very good, Calberson rating more than mediocre.
