Happy with the delivery and the product, but the first shipment was heavily damaged due to poor packaging as well as the mouthpiece protector for Alto saxophone. The product was replaced directly but the packaging in an envelope was insufficient. This could have again harmed the reception of the product. The packaging must be improved for fragile products. Apart from that, Woodbrass is well organized.

I haven't tried it yet, but it should be of good quality despite its seemingly low price, for a ligature. But it's Selmer, so it should be of good quality. The problem is installing it: should the screw be on the reed side or the other side? Hard to know, as there is no user manual and the shape of the ligature doesn't inform us about the position to use.
