I own several Presonus sound cards. The analog/digital converters, the preamps are excellent. The system is stable once launched. Studio One is a DAW software that I find very flexible. I've been using it for 10 years and all versions maintain this constant: it's possible to quickly put together a track. On the other hand, the driver, Universal Control, is less flexible. Maybe because it is common to an increasing number of the manufacturer's equipment... For example: changing the recording frequency has become complicated over time. But I found the trick: start a new track, go to the track options and set the frequency to 48, 96... This "fixes" the frequency in the DAW (used on two different PCs with an Audiobox and a third with an AR12c mixer). Good equipment that provides a solid foundation for a recording.
