Certainly, it is a basic tool that will remain nearby in case tightening is needed (I rather used a socket on a ratchet wrench for assembly, much more practical), but it is a useful consideration for those who do not have tools available. Otherwise, the finish is good, and the height adjustment system is well designed. Perfect.
