Product impossible to use for more than 8 days due to the manufacturer not responding to the installation mode. Major errors on the Antelope site to be able to register and activate the card. Obligation to register by creating an account on the internet, impossible to create on the Antelope site. Yesterday I was able to activate it because I finally managed to get the red box activation in the registration process and send the email to finalize the creation of the activation account. Procedure too complex for a simple start-up of an audio card. Moreover, it requires logging in with credentials that the Antelope site does not recognize because the keys on my keyboard produce different characters on their site than the real keys of my Mac Pro M1, so I have to go through Word and copy-paste! The hardware may be good but the software part is not.
