mount on a vox AD30VT bought 10 years ago that was rather breathless. perfect. a second youth. the clean sounds are quite sparkling, the gain sends what it needs, saturation blows a little at full power but it is easily managed. (but who plays at full power? huh?) we'll see what it gives after several hours of running in.

Used to replace an original lamp on a Bugera V5. The sound is clearly better, more open. The amp's tone knob finally serves a purpose. The crunch is more bluesy than before; for AC/DC without a pedal (for example) it's worse, but for everything else it's generally better. I'm rediscovering my amp
