The sound is the one I wanted. However, when playing the bass and a higher note at the same time, the higher notes do not stand out even when blowing hard, especially since you end up doing an ascend on the bass... the build quality seems robust, the case has very nice finishes. The instrument is sober and well finished.

Good musicality but a pipe that is too short which does not allow playing in piano mode. Quite incredible that Suzuki skimped on 15 cm of vulgar plastic sheath

This is my first Melodica, so I don't have many points of comparison. However, I ordered it after extensive research and I can tell you that it is a REAL instrument: the build quality is top-notch (it's Made In Japan), it plays in tune, and the volume and sound are impressive. Little extras: the superb included case and the different mouthpieces.

This is my first melodica so I can't compare it with another. All I can say is that it sounds right, the touch is very smooth so it can be used even for fast solos. Already playing piano, it's very easy to handle, you just have to learn to manage the breath. The finish is superb to the point that it doesn't look like a toy.
