I'm coming back with a second review after several tests, the microphone is not bad for this price, just be careful with your levels and fine-tune well, and then it works, not very usable live but sound that respects the voice, balanced across the entire range and faithful in the highs. Mic mount a bit light but it's okay if tightened well.

An excellent micro USB for our YouTube videos, voice, singing, singing and guitar, renders the voice very well and very good value for money, to have better it would require very expensive professional equipment beyond our means, installed on Windows 7 and Windows 10 without problems, quite sensitive all the same I recommend buying a WS02 windscreen with it, it's not expensive and it won't be wasted, an additional pop filter for singing may be necessary. Yes, I know that the "real" mics cost up to 5000. But as we know, they are intended for pros. Unless you are the next SIA or Adele, this Eagleton is just perfect for its value for money. I bought it to be able to record only my voice for my streams. The sound is clear, crisp, and precise. Having had a Blue Yeti before this one, it is just as good for "solo" podcasts and streams. No need to splurge on a Blue Yeti, which certainly is also good, but has more features that I didn't need (duo podcast, recording sounds all around, etc...)

Hello, you don't need any phantom stuff, you have everything inside, and if when you record you don't have sound you have to go to Control Panel/Hardware and Sound/Sound and then in the recording tab you choose your microphone and there you will have a bar for the volume, it is possible that it is at zero.
