A big thank you to Juan Manuel Costa: -_ he "bent over backwards" to solve a Chronopost delivery problem -_ he didn't hesitate to stay longer at the office for my problem. In the end everything was clean: the Chronopost delivery man had dropped my package at the neighbor's... I'll spare you the details.
