Fast delivery but saxophone in very bad condition upon receipt, several keys were broken. After-sales service impeccable and ultra responsive so I was able to get an exchange quickly which is appreciated. Regarding the quality of the instrument itself, it is a good value for money but you have to keep in mind that it is a budget saxophone, you won't get miracles. But overall very decent, too bad the delivery had to be done in 2 parts
