The only downside is the earphones which will need to be changed if you move even a little on stage. A KIND OF MAGIC!!!!!! After trying an "in ear monitor IEW300" during a TV recording at the France Télévision studios, I realized how ridiculously bad the sound of my "IN EAR T-BONE 100R" was compared to the SENNHEISER. That same evening, I rushed to my PC to buy an IEM 300 or 400... Unfortunately, I realized I would never be able to afford them. Then I saw that there was this "XSW IEM" version, much cheaper. And after long comparisons with all the other IEMs on the market (prodipe, XVIVE, TBONE, SHURE, LD System, etc...) and testing the systems of other singer friends I chose the XSW Sennheiser, praying not to be disappointed (difficult after having tasted the excellence of its big brother IEW 300). Well, I can tell you it's a bomb! - quality sound - powerful input gain - zero interference - very practical IR synchronization - some say the supplied in-ear earphones are of poor quality, but frankly, I have Shure ones at €150 and after comparing with those supplied in the bundle, both have very good sound. For me, the only real difference with the IEM300 is the metal bodypack which is more solid for intensive PRO application. (The IEW bodypack is compatible with the XSW, so it's likely I'll get it as a Christmas gift ; )
